My book on Radio 3’s ‘Music Matters’, 9th March

7th March 2024 | Books | 0 comments

On Saturday 9th March, my new book will be featured on BBC Radio 3’s Music Matters programme, which begins at 11.45am and runs until 12.30. There’s more than one feature in the programme, and I haven’t been told exactly when my segment begins.

I’ve recorded an interview with Tom Service, and this will be followed by Tom reviewing the book in conversation with pianist Lucy Parham. The programme is available on BBC Sounds after the broadcast, so if you’re busy on Saturday morning you could listen later. Alternatively, it’s repeated on Monday 11 March at 10pm.

I won’t hear what they say about the book until I hear the broadcast, so …. fingers crossed! This will be the first coverage of the book in the media.

Photo shows me in the BBC studio the other day.
